Lesson 6 - How do I present my Research and Planning?


The more creatively we can present our research the better.  Use of technology is paramount.  Follow the link below in order to see a number of marked blogs.  Create a checklist, to determine how you should present your research and planning.  How can you present your work in a more creative way?

Present a creative analysis of five Television News Programmes. 

Consider:
  • Form
  • Codes and Conventions/Rhetoric of presentation
  • Media Language
  • Representation of people, places and events



Lessons 7 and 8 - How does TV News use Genre and Narrative?

Use the following PowerPoint and the notes from the lesson to demonstrate your understanding of the elements of Genre and Narrative theories.  Try to link at least one narrative theory to the elements of a TV news broadcast.  Present this understanding on your Research and Planning page.  With the research you will need to upload the video of your presentation.
